PRP for Faster, Natural Healing

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a treatment that uses a small sample of your own blood to concentrate healing cells called platelets. These platelets are then injected into an injured area to help reduce pain and support the body’s natural repair process. PRP is often used for joint, tendon, and muscle injuries when pain has not improved with rest, therapy, or other treatments.

If rest, therapy, or traditional injections have not delivered lasting relief, Platelet-Rich Therapy may be the next step.

Specialty Orthopedic Care

Board-certified expertise with a focus on joint, tendon, and sports-related injuries.

Targeted, Minimally Invasive Treatment

An in-office option designed to support healing without surgery when appropriate.

Customized PRP With the Angel® System

Platelets can be concentrated up to 18x baseline and white blood cell levels can be adjusted based on the injury.

A Full Plan, Not Just an Injection

PRP plus the right rehab, movement, and strength plan for better long-term results.

Steps

    • Blood Draw (in-office)
    • Processing with the Angel® System – Concentrate platelets and tailor the formulation to your case.
    • Guided Injection – PRP is carefully injected into the target area (knee, shoulder, tendon, and more).
    • Recovery and Follow-Up – Mild soreness for a day or two is common, then gradual improvement as healing progresses. We coordinate next steps and rehab guidance.

Most patients return to normal daily activity quickly, with a plan tailored to their injury and training needs.

PRP Can Help With These Common Issues
  • Chronic tendon pain (Achilles, tennis elbow)
  • Rotator cuff and shoulder pain
  • Knee cartilage wear and persistent knee pain
  • Hip or low-back soft tissue injuries

The right diagnosis matters. A consultation helps determine whether PRP fits your condition and timeline.

“The goal is simple: reduce pain, restore motion, and get you back to doing what you love. When PRP is a fit, we combine it with the right rehab plan so you are supported at every stage.”
