Julia Kilroy is a board-certified Physician Assistant who works alongside Dr. Thomas A. McNally in orthopedic spine surgery. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting patients throughout every stage of their treatment and recovery.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Julia is excited to practice in the greater Chicago area and bring her passion for surgical care and patient-centered medicine to the Midwest Sports Medicine team.

Julia earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lake Erie College after completing her undergraduate degree in Pre-Medicine with a minor in Neuroscience at the University of Dayton.
Orthopedic Spine Care | Clinical Experience
Julia works directly with Dr. McNally in orthopedic spine surgery, where she assists in the operating room, provides inpatient pre- and post-operative care, and evaluates patients in the outpatient clinic.
Her role allows her to support patients throughout the surgical process, from their initial evaluation and treatment planning to their post-operative care and recovery.
